[SQU] ntlm patch installation

i ran:

patch -p0 ntlm.patch

and it appeared to install as i have ntlm_auth_modules directory.

is there any other way to know that the ntlm.patch installed correctly and
completely?

what to do next to compile NTLMSSP to get a module i can use with squid?
