[SQU] Identd responsiveness

I'm not sure how the Ident process runs, but it does appear to be
synchronous.... We are running it on an experimental system at the moment.
>From time to time one gets "Access denied pages" especially on sites with
many frames. However it is handling request rates up to 60/sec on a squid
farm consisting of 5 P90s with 32M of RAM ... We are going to try it out on
faster machines in the near future with a bigger user base.
