Just remind:
If you have compiled your squid with --enable-heap-replacement option you
are really using LFUDA. Generally as i know, this situation occurs with
LRU. As you know squid 2.3ST3 has a bug fix for LRU implementation. If you
are using LRU. decrease (For example, 1 year to 3 month) reference_age..
