[SQU] truncated-ip - is this normal for wccp?

Hi

WCCP is not wroking very well for me. I have run tcpdump and found some
interesting things. Could someone who is running WCCP with the ip_wccp.o
module please run tcpdump and tell me what it looks like. Below is part of
my tcpdump output... this seems wrong to me. Does anyone have any ideas???
