[SQU] Cache Digest

Dear All,

        Is there anyone who faced the following message in Cache.log

temporary disabling (Not Found) digest from

I have just enable the cache_digest and I am receiving this error message,
its seems that cache-digest is not working properly.

        Any hint to resolve the Problem will be appreciated.
