[SQU] Connection Limit (maxconn) and Transparent Caching

Does it work?

I am using squid-rhcn-2.3.STABLE2-1.rh6.1.i386.rpm
I have used some of the examples in the other postings.

acl connections maxconn 2

http_access allow all
http_access allow connlimit

---------------

Yet, I am able to open more than 2 sessions.
What am I doing wrong?
