Re: [SQU] CHPASSWD? WRONG

1-Edit the chpasswd.conf file approtiate (ip_auth etc..).
2-passwd and log file must be owned by httpd user, or chmod 777
3-Dont use MD5 encryption using htpasswd of the creation passwd file ..

Hi,
 
I have finally got my authentication working.
 
I have succesfully setup admuser.cgi and am now attemptin chpasswd.cgi
 
Suprisingly i get the following error message when attempting to change a
squid users password with chpasswd.
 
Wrong password for user: scott
 
I am using the correct password though.
 
It works fine with admuser.cgi =[
 
Any ideas?
