Hi all,
I've 3 proxies running as peer, all are running squid2.2stable2 as a
transparent proxy. Recently, there are user report that sometimes they
can't browse some page unless they press the reload button. The error
message is something like:

However, there is nothing I can found in cache.log
Is there any information about this problem, I've lookup some old archieve
in the mailing-list but I can just found some similar thread, I'm not sure
whether this is the same problem as before.
I can just found in squid-cache.org that the result code NONE means "Seen
with errors and cachemgr requests." However, I can't found further
information that why this happen...
Anyone can help?? Thanks in Advance.
