You have all the icons used for FTP listings.

There is also the pages used by cachemgr.cgi, but not all software is
capable of requesting such URLs.. (see Squids access.log when using
cachemgr.cgi).

I prefer to monitor Squid using SNMP. It is light weight, and allows you
to easily collect usage statistics at the same time..
