Last time I looked cfgmaker could only handle routers.
0.0.0.0 is not an address.
The note is confusing. It should read:
Note: If you want both incoming and outgoing to be the same address then
leave snmp_outgoing_address at 0.0.0.0 and only set
snmp_incoming_address.
