[SQU] squid dying repeatedly

Dear friends,

When I examine my squidserver cache.log, actually I'm quite surprised. I'm
late to found this problem, because squid does not actually died... but it
restarted, sorry for this low situational awareness... :). First, I suspect
of squid.conf misconfiguration, nothing un-common except I trash access.log
to /dev/null.

I run squid 2.2S5 Henrik's patched from Xeon-866, 1 Gb Ram, Linux 2.2.14,
4*18 GB SCSI, and squid configured to run async-io (32 threads) with 15
threads of dns-child.

So, anybody has an idea for what was causing this? Any help appreciated.
