Reload should work, except if
a) You run a transparent proxy (which is a violation of specs) and the
user uses IE as their browser.
b) The .swf plugin does not know about reload
c) The clock on the web server or proxy is seriously out of sync,
causing the web server to return "Not modified" on validation requests
from the proxy even when there in deed has been changes.
The reload_into_ims option won't help you here. It is an option to
defeat some of the effects of reload and is a violation against HTTP
specifications.
