[SQU] ftp forwarding

Hi,

I have a ftp question on squid; sorry if I shouldn't write to here.

Lets,
Server "A" is not allow to ftp to "B", because "B" is behind firewall.
Server "C" (installed with squid) is not behind firewall, but allow to ftp
to "B".
So can i from "A" ftp to "B" through "C" ?
If yes how do i need to configure the squid ?
