Most likely no. Since I am not using Squid-2.3 I am not pressing to get
patches committed there.
Almost all are in 2.4. See patch-devel.html.
If you want to get a current Squid-2.3-hno version then check out the
sources using cvs from cvs.squid.sourceforge.net.

I will try to make a 2.3-STABLE4-hno snapshot some day, but it has
rather low priority at the moment.
