Hi, I've been pouring over the squid documentation for the past few days
and I'm not getting anywhere, so maybe someone here can help me
My organization just moved to a new server configuration and is now
using squid as an accelerator in front of apache on our main http
server. It analyzes the requests and forwards them to one of several
machines (one of which is the same server that squid is on).
The main machine (squid running on port 80, apache on port 82) also
hosts numerous virtual domains. These are not working properly, as any
request to any of the virtual domains goes to the first virtualHost
listed in the apache conf file. It seems to me that the hostname is not
getting to apache and therefore apache can't properly sort and answer
the request.
Squid is configured for host-accel virtual and is running with command
line options D V Y C and s.
Any help would be much appreciated, as this problem is killing us right
now.
Thanks
Steve Wollkind
