Now, seeing that you sent this message to the squid-users list, I
presume your message was actually related to Squid. If so, it would help
to give us some more information. We are not clairvoyant.
Try to look at the cache.log and access.log files, try to see if there's
anything in there that might cause it, or might be relevant. If the
error message appears on your boss's browser, try to figure out which
bit of software produced it (Squid will always sign its messages, and
provide more information than just a plan "Access denied").
