simple answer:
WCCP != policy routing.
with WCCP, intercepted packets are sent over a GRE tunnel from your router
to your cache.
simply using "ipfilter" with the rulesets won't do what you want. you need
some mechanism of removing the GRE header off the front of the packet.
people have it working with linux. i don't use BSD/OS so cannot comment on
how/what is required to make it work.
