block & noblock

Hi,

In my Squid I use a file with the list of the
sites where I want to block the access.
I also use a file with the list of sites that
are an exceptions from the above rule.
I didn't have the time to analyze why a site
like www.cdep.ro/deputati/.... are restricted
by the list (the list contains porn sites.. it
could be ..puta..?) site which actually is
not a porn site but I use the same list for
block the path too. So probably there is the problem.
Anyway my question is that what is
the format in the nonblocked sites file because
I added the www.cdep.ro address but it doesn't
work then I extended the address to www.cdep.ro/deputati/...
but it doesn't work either.
