Cisco IOS 11.2(23)P and WCCP Problem :(

After moving from 11.2(12)P to 11.2(23)P of the Cisco IOS, I have
noticed that the Cisco Router stopped redirecting the web ports to
Squid. Has anyone been able to get Squid to run with the 11.2(23)P
IOS?

If not, what is the best 11.2 version I should be running? I know
(12) works anything after that version working with anyone?

PS I need the Cisco's access-list to weed out some bad sites (eg:
Internet Callwaiting, some banks with special proxy software, etc)
