The user ACL type name is ambigous and has been renamed.

How do you want the users to authenticate themselves to the proxy?

a) With username+password? Then the ACL type is proxy_auth

b) Using the ident protocol? Then the ACL type is ident

Both accept a list of valid userid's, or REQUIRED for any valid user..
