transparent proxy

hello guys,

would like to ask how to setup a transparent proxy using the squid. what
should be the requirement? do i need to put a two NIC in my server? also i
have a dialin users using cisco 2511 as a Access Server. how do i setup in
cisco even in thier EI or netscape is not pointing to proxy but they force
to pass thru the proxy server? sorry for out of topic question. thanks in
advance and more power.
