After you have installed smb_auth on the squid. you will get a popup screen
(username+passwd) when you want to access anywhere on internet. when you
have inserted a username and passwd, these entries (user+passwd) will have
been automatically writen to access.log file by the squid.

for example from my squid:
959613158.477 176 172.16.2.132 TCP_REFRESH_HIT/200 3446 GET
http://www.sabah.
com.tr/img/paradurumu.gif serdars DIRECT/www.sabah.com.tr image/gif

serdars is a username.
