RE: replacing ACL-ed out URLs with image

Hi,

the described behaviour could be originated in different browser-settings.
e.g. for Internet Explorer 5 there is an option (i think it is called short
http errors or so), so that only the browser error page is displayed (and
not squid ones). Perhaps this is the reason.
