I have just updated my squid to 2.3-stable3,(I use 2.2-stable5 before that).
I have set a parent proxy in squid.conf,it works perfectly in 2.2-s5,
but it seems don't work now.What's wrong with it?(The parent proxy is OK).

When running "configure --help",there is such an item "--enable-arp-acl".
Does it mean that squid support authtication based on MAC address?
Then how to set it in squid.conf(I can't info in FAQ or other DOC).
