NONE/400 error

Hi all,

When trying to log into http://email.lycos.com/member/login.page
a user has reported a problemstating that the url is invalid. Upon checking
the log in access.log I found the following:

958659042.905 5 131.202.1xx.xx NONE/400 1318 GET
http://ad.doubleclick.net/adj/lycos.iname.com/mail.welcome;sz=468x60;AA=DD;B
B=AA;CC=E3A%201T3;DD=0;EE=NB;G
G=5;FF=36;ord=25467;abr=!ie; - NONE/- -

Seems there is a NONE/400 error. When the user configured ad.doubleclick.net
as a proxy exception in his web browser, he was able to log in without
errors.
My question is this a squid problem or is it the fault of the website? I
have not seen this NONE/400 error before.
