i can't help in this situation about using squid (maybe someone else
can?). but using ip masquerading for something like this is what i would
do. you know the destination port 403. could you perhaps explain what
the port 5190 is for?

ipchains -p tcp -A forward -d aolserver 403 -s 192.168.0.0/16 -j MASQ
