that will not run squid as a demon thingy properly, we use the RunCache
command to start our squid:
/usr/local/squid/bin/RunCache &
and the & for making it a background process, otherwise it wont work
properly...
if you do not want to use RunCache, then try
/usr/local/squid/bin/squid -D
this will run squid as a demon thingy
