Proxy Authentication

Hello,

#1 I got squid 2.2-stable5 running with all the patches.
#2 I got ncsa_auth compiled and installed in /usr/local/bin
#3 I created my password file in /etc/squid
#4 I am running with transparent caching/proxy

and my conf is

authenticate_program /usr/local/bin/ncsa_auth /etc/squid/passwd
acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
acl office src 10.0.0.0/24
acl proxy_users proxy_auth REQUIRED
http_access allow office
http_access allow proxy_users
http_access deny all

and it doesnt prompt me for password......
