Re: problem in configuring squid

Ok What you need to do is .

1:- Find out the Cache_effective_User and Cache_effective_group in
squid.conf file and then

chmod -R cache_effective_user:Cache_effective_Group squid

where squid is the squid dir which has the tree of etc, logs & bin and then
Start squid .
