No. Squid currently only understands unencrypted HTTP. There is a patch
teaching is how to use OpenSSL for SSL, but I am not entirely familar
with how this patch behaves..

You could also set up a HTTPS->HTTP encryption gateway which forwards
everything to Squid unencrypted.
