many TCP_MISS and TIMEOUT_FIRST_PARENT

Hi all,
I am installed squid version 2.3.STABLE2 over linux slackware 7. I will
to connect squid to anoder proxy server (194.177.32.36). The parent
proxy is very slow.
From browser I call a page ( for example www.oracle.com). I can not get
all the pictures.
Any ideas?
I send the messages from access.log.
