RELEASE immediately after SWAPOUT?

Hi,

im am running Squid Cache (Version 2.3.STABLE2). I have some problems
caching the web-pages http://xxx.lanl.gov/list/hep-th/new

As you can see from store.log

The page gets released right after it is written do disk. But if I read
the Squid-2 algorithm (FAQ 12.20) correctly, it should be considered as
FRESH by squid.

Funny enough, when I fetch another file from the same source, it works...

Apart from this, everything just works perfectly :-)

Does anyone have an idea what is happening here?
I would be very happy if someone could try to reproduce this behavior
(these pages are the main ones read here at our group)
