You are using a RPM for RedHat 6.
Either upgrade your system, or install Squid from the Source.
Using RPM:
rpm --rebuild squid-2.3.STABLE1-5.src.rpm
rpm -U /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/squid-2.3.STABLE1-5.i386.rpm
Using a binary RPM on a older system than it is built for is generally
speaking not a good idea, if at all possible.
