SSL request handling in Squid.

Hi Everybody,

Can anyone tell me how an SSL request

CONNECT 192.168.1.12:443 HTTP/1.0
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt)
Host: 192.168.1.12
Content-Length: 0
Proxy-Connection: Keep-Alive
Pragma: no-cache

is handled by squid.
Like I want to know how the handshake(according to SSL spec) is done at socket level.
