cache_swap_high = xx (i.e. 95%)
cache_swap-low = yy (i.e 90%)

When you have 5 Gb size cache specified and it has reached the percentage
you defined in 'cache_swap_high', it's flushed old objects till the size has
reached the percentage of 'cache_swap_low'.

So your maximum in this example is 4750 Mb and minimum 4500 Mb.
Your swap will reside in these borders.
