yahoo chat (java) not working ---- config is -> internet ------squid -------proxy ---------hosts

hello friends

using squid 2.2 Stable 4 , on RH 6.1 its working great , from last couple of weeks we r getting some complains
regarding "YAHOO CHAT (java)" from the clients who runs proxy at their end, that is

internet------------ squid ------------client proxy ( win proxy etc win based proxies) -------------few hosts, ( less then 5-10 hosts)

yahoo chat (java) is not working from the hosts behiend the client proxy, but its working from the mechine running proxy
at the client ,
 
what could be the reason ? how can i make it to run from those hosts ?
