TTL & ipcache

Hi list:

I changed my local web server IP address and I 've problems with the ip
cache in my squid.
Is it necesary to wait for TTL expiration for my local www in order to reach
the server with the new IP address ?
Is there any way to clean or reset the ipcache or any way to reduce the TTL
value for ipcache?
The default is ~ 6hours.
