Re: parseConfigFile: line 623 unrecognized: 'dns_children 20'

I think Duane made a cleanup in the configuration directives to remove
the directives not used.

What I tried to say was that Squid rejects the directive because it is
of no use unless it is built to use the old dnsserver helper processes.
