Why do I get this message: parseConfigFile: line 1816 unrecognized: 'wccp_router 10.0.0.1'

I have RedHat 6.1 with squid ver 2.3.estable2, this version supose to suport wccp but when I add this line (wccp_router x.x.x.x) to the squid.conf and run the squid I get this message parseConfigFile: line 1816 unrecognized: 'wccp_router 10.0.0.1'
