IE4 authentication dialogue

Hello Squid list

I have just implemented samba authentication successfully. Was extremely
happy to see the IE4 browser authentication dialogue appear but just as
quickly disappointed when I saw the dreaded "save password" check-box has
been included.

Does anybody know how to disable this counter-feature?
