AFAIK it has not been implemented. Please go ahead and do so.

However, the cacheability query engine
<http://www.ircache.net/cgi-bin/cacheability.py> gives quite a bit of
enlightment on the matter, and works both ways (i.e. can be used to find
out why a page isn't getting cached)
