Not if you don't send any SNMP queries to Squid. The code is completely
idle until queried, and only looks up information in tables kept anyway
for cachemgr.
The only problem with having --enable-snmp compiled is that it opens the
SNMP port by default, and you should be careful to configure the SNMP
port to disabled if you do not wish to use SNMP (snmp_port 0).
