Solution Found: WCCP and Cisco IOS 11.2... Why it does not work and how to fix it.

I have found out why WCCP on Cisco IOS 11.2 can not communicate with the Squid box. Under this version of IOS, the highest valid version of WCCP is 0.3 not 0.4 as stated in the WCCP.C File. Just edit the WCCP.C file under your src directory and bang... your online!
