I need some help in delay pooling

Dear mailing List,

I read up the 19.8 Delay pool in the FAQ, I still couldn't figure it out so
I am asking you guys.

My acl rule is :

acl admin src 10.0.0.8-10.0.0.20/255.255.255.0
acl users src 10.0.0.2-10.0.0.7/255.255.255.0

And in delay pools, i want to assign only a 50kb pool to users with 10kb per
ips...

which is 50000/50000 -1/-1 10000/50000, and everytime I try assling with and
I fail all the time.

And i do got it compiled with --enable-delay-pools and Im running Squid 2.2
stable5 with all the patches.

I would appreciate any help
