ftp accessing

Hi to all,

There is a problem about ftp. I would like to access ftp sites through squid
proxy that is version 2.3S1. Clients are tyring to access directly to the
sites. They can't access because of the firewall. I had tried:

acl FTP proto FTP
never_direct deny FTP

In cache.log:

2000/03/13 12:00:39| always_direct = 0
2000/03/13 12:00:39| never_direct = 1
2000/03/13 12:00:39| timedout = 0
2000/03/13 12:00:39| Failed to select source for
'http://www.sanallist.com/favic
on.ico'

Does anyone know how I can fix it..
