Squid does not support this, and you most likely do not want to support
it either:

Doing so requires rewriting of the relayed HTML code, which
- Most web provides see as a violation against their usage policy or
copyright.
- Doing it on every page is bound to give you problems with frames and
similar "advanced" constructs
- Not all HTML pages retreived thru a proxy is for a end-user. There are
other tools using the web today.
- Many attempts at adding HTML or JavaScript code to some advanced pages
causes the original page to fail.
- Squid isn't designed to support. The design on Squid assumes that the
object content flows unmodified from the origin server to the client.
