Mark, don't know what os you are using, if not pam enabled then trash this
message...
A possible way, (but maybe not popular if you now have smb_auth going)
might be to go back a bit, authenticate squid via pam, and authenticate pam
via pam_smb to the nt box. This way you can get to use the neat pam moduals
that will allow almost unlimited flexability.
