Be sure to do a "make clean". Could be the cause.

OPEN_MAX
/usr/include/linux/fs.h
INR_OPEN
/usr/include/bin/types.h
__FD_SETSIZE
/usr/include/linux/posix_types.h
__FD_SETSIZE
As far as I can tell, the above values set the file descriptor
limits. (At least for REDHAT 6.0 + 6.1).
If you change the above then recompile, you should be fine.
