How much sense does it make to consider some access control based on the
size of
the object that user is downloading via the squid server? is it any
possible?
Or should I rather convience my boss of a total reconsidration of the
question?
something like "Bandwidth allocator" software, from Sun Microsystems, I
think?
Any hints welcome...
