Thanks for the response.
1 ) When using MS proxy only - the SSL works fine.
2 ) Here is a copy of the error message from the squid:

Ok I am nost asking that why are u using MSProxy as peer, But can u tell me
that did u r Ms Proxy work fine with SSL, second what is the Error message u

We are using squid version 2.2 stable 4 with a parent peer of Microsoft
Proxy ( don't ask why )
everything works fine - except for SSL -
I have looked into the documentation, faqs, internet, etc. None of the
solutions provided have
worked so far.
